1. All payments must be made by PayPal UK LTD, where all future monthly payments are collected at the beginning of each month.
2. Cleaners must be paid by clients after each working session, preferably by cash or other means such as cheque, provided it’s been agreed by cleaners
3. The set amount of £7.00 per hour must be paid to cleaners and in the event that any other agreements are discussed; it is the clients or cleaners’ responsibility to inform Clean Art.
4. Cleaners may not request additional payment from clients at anytime
5. Failure to make all the necessary monthly payment will automatically cancel the agreement with Clean Art which encompasses insurance cover and other areas.
1. Once you register on Clean Arts’ website; you will instantly gain access, provided that you have paid the initial fee. Access can be obtained by using the username and password that you used to register initially
2. In the interest of cleaners’ safety, we provide their name, telephone number but we do not provide home address or other sensitive information that will put cleaners at risk. However, in the event that clients require further information about cleaner we would require a request in writing after satisfactory communication and a first interview provided it is agreed by cleaner.
3. Any other use of information on the database than that which is advertised by Clean Art is prohibited and can lead to criminal prosecution
1. Cleaners is our database are contracted to work for our clients
2. If cleaners fail to take on your job without reasonable grounds; it is the clients’ responsibility to inform us at Clean Art no later than 24 hours before the actual event took place.
3. It is your responsibility to contact a cleaner and arrange an interview and an induction into your home
4. It is your responsibility to communication your intentions to the cleaner initially as to whether you would like a one off or a regular cleaning arrangement
5. It is the clients responsibility to provide cleaning products and equipment that is in good working order to ensure that jobs are carried out to a high standard
6. In the event that a cleaner turns up to your property after an arrangement; it is your responsibility to give the cleaner access to your property. In the case where this is not done, you will be required to cover expense cost of the cleaner.
1. Insurance cover will only be valid upon completion of an agreement form that is signed and returned to Clean Art. A different agreement forms in the event that a cleaner is changed.
2. Keys should only be given to cleaners upon approval from Clean Art and the completion of a key holder’s form that has been signed and posted to Clean Art.
3. All cleaners on our database or vetted and so we ensure that they have got the right to work within the UK, proof of address, atleast 2 references and a next to kin information
4. In the event that your experience the unlikely event of theft or accidental damage; it is the clients responsibility to contact Clean Art within 48 hours
5. All claims will be thoroughly investigated by Clean Art
1. All cleaners must be interviewed by clients before work starts
2. There should also be a formal induction into the home that explains the expectations of the client to the cleaner
3. Clients are responsible for their own Health and Safety around their home
1. In the event that you would like to take on the cleaner full time meaning that the cleaner will no longer be available on our database; there is a one off admin fee of £50
2. In the event that you would like to take on the cleaner without the monthly fee, provided the cleaner remains on the database it is a one off admin fee of £20
1. You may cancel your plan at anytime without charge. To cancel, an email must be send to info@cleanart.co.uk expressing your intention and must include your Full Name and Telephone Number
