Clean Art Terms and Condition

 

Welcome to  Clean Art Cleaning Services. The booking of any of our services means that you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of services.

The term “Clean Art LTD” or “us” or “we” refers to the owners of Clean Art LTD.

 1            Clean Arts' Obligation

1.1            Clean Art LTDs’ Terms and Condition ALSO represents our contract between our clients. “Our Clients are those who has booked any of the services that we provides and where a confirmation for that service has been made”

1.2            Registration to any of our services indicates that you have accepted our terms and conditions

1.3            Upon registration it may takes up to 7 days to allocate or reallocate a regular domestic cleaner; for all other cleaning and services it may take up to 3 days

1.4            We will endeavour to allocate a temporary cleaner in the event that a cleaner becomes ill

1.5            We provide access to cleaners that we have vetted according to Clean Arts’ vetting process.

2            Payments

2.1            All payments for regular cleaning must be made using a standing order form that we have provided. Clean Art regular payments are due on a monthly basis (28th of each month) prior to the job been carried out.

2.1.1            Payments for all other services may be carried out by standing order, cheque or by credit card on-line. If a client would prefer to pay on-line; it is the clients’ responsibility to request an invoice from Clean Art LTD

2.2            There is a processing fee of £1.50 for all on-line transactions

2.3            Upon initial registration standing order mandate form should be returned within 7 days of it been send to clients.

2.4            Within this time clients can instruct their own bank to set-up the standing order; however Clean Art LTD must be informed.

2.5            All late payments are charged at a rate of £15 late fee

 

2.6            All our prices are subject to review and change at any time without prior notice

 

2.7            If a client fails to pay any sums owned to Clean Art; Clean Art will make all necessary attempts to request payment. If all of  the attempts fail; the clients’ account will be passed over to a debt collection agency that will proceed to request payment

 

2.8            Non-payment of fees to Clean Art agency will automatically cancel all our cover and we reserve the right to hold any property of the Client until payments are made in full.

3            Clients Obligation

3.1            It is the responsibility of Clients to provide access to Cleaners on the date and time that has been agreed to have all services carried out.

3.2            In the event that cleaners cannot gain access to the property; clients will pay the cost of the service that was to be carried out

3.3            It is the responsibility to Clients to inform cleaners of any health and safety issues that there may be in their home or premises.

3.4            Clients must make all necessary payments to cleaners and to Clean Art LTD within the time frame stipulated by us.

3.5            Cleaners MUST be treated with respect at all times

4            Cleaning Services

4.1            In the event that the clients is not happy with the cleaner that we have provided to do their job; the Client  should inform the agency within seven (7) days of the cleaning or service being carried out

4.2            We will not be able to address any concerns that are over seven (7) days old.

4.3            There are no services on bank holidays, Christmas or New Year. Clients should make alternative arrangements with their cleaners if their clean falls on these dates

4.4            The Cleaning times of Clean Art LTD cleaners are between the hours of 9:00am and 6:00pm on the days inclusive of Monday to Saturdays.

4.5            Clients are given (7) days before their second cleaning appointment in which they can cancel their cleaner.

4.7            There is a 24 hour cancellation period for all other services. Earlier cancellation will incur a 50% charge of the original amount.

4.8            Clients are responsible for providing their own cleaning products; except in the case where it is agreed by Clean Art to do otherwise

4.9            Clients agree to pay Clean Art LTD the sum of £150 for early cancellation of a Regular cleaning service

4.10         If clients wishes to  hire a cleaner that Clean Art has provided on a private basis; Clean Art must be contacted and a fee of £199 will be payable immediately.

4.11         Cleaners are not trained to clean specialised antiques or equipment. It is therefore the responsibility of clients to inform their cleaners on safe means and ways of cleaning this furniture.

5            Insurance and Security

5.1            Clean Art LTD is insured by Catlins Insurance Company; with a £250 excess attached to the policy. Our Insurance is advance and covers Employers and Public/Product Liability. Clean Art also covers Fidelity, financial loss, lock replacement, telephones and treatment.

5.2            Clean Art operates a secure key holders policy and secure keys holders paperwork are completed by cleaners
